Career Compass Cards™ does not provide answers or advice. Instead, it creates a safe, reflective space where individuals can listen to their inner voice, reclaim personal agency, and realign career decisions with identity and meaning. The process honours cultural diversity, emotional complexity, and the understanding that career development is not merely about jobs or roles, but about being, belonging, and becoming.

Career Compass Cards™ is the seventh reflective card system created by Jason ZECK Lee, following more than two decades of work in coaching, training, and human development. With 28 years of experience in corporate training and executive coaching, Jason has worked extensively with professionals, leaders, and organisations navigating change, pressure, and identity transitions.
Career Compass Cards™ was developed from this lived experience. It brings together Jason’s background in ontological coaching, career consulting, and executive development, offering a practical yet deeply reflective tool for exploring identity, meaning, and direction in work.
This deck is designed specifically for career professionals, as well as educators and facilitators who work with individuals experiencing career confusion, transition, or misalignment. Rather than providing advice or solutions, the cards support reflective dialogue — helping clients reconnect with their values, recognise limiting beliefs, understand emotional patterns, and take identity-aligned action.

Career Compass Cards™ is not a game to win or a test to pass. It is a reflective dialogue tool designed to support self-awareness, identity exploration, and meaningful career alignment. The cards can be used in individual coaching, counselling, education, group facilitation, and self-reflection. There is no single “right” way to use the deck. What matters is presence, curiosity, and honest reflection.
